IMAGE clone ids, gene names, and chromosome location commonly encountered in 'omic' research. Users input a text
file with a list of several thousand identifiers and either lookup corresponding identifiers of additional types
or identify the overlap with a second list of identifiers of either the same or different type. MatchMiner
leverages publicly available data stored in relational tables and can return meta-data details to allow the
user to see how the matches are made.
